POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We develop digital solutions and provide services in Kenya and across Africa. With over 20 years of experience in the market, we know what it takes to many movable parts and changes in technology to simplify our Client’s complex need to simple solutions. We are seeking outstanding Sales Executives to deliver our sales objectives. The successful applicants must be energetic, eloquent, smart, fast learner, results oriented with a “can do it” attitude and with proven track records in sales.

 

Responsibilities;

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Academic Qualification & Professional experience;

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT or related course
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales of Software/ digital solutions
  • Good knowledge of ICT
  • Proven record in client base growth and customer retention
